The hotel check-in begins at 16:00 and check-out is 12:00.

To confirm the reservation a valid credit card is needed. The hotel has the right to charge the amount of the booking in part or in full anytime after the reservation is made.

The customer can cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival date (at 14.00) and receive a full refund, if the credit card was charged.

Breakfast is included in the price.

Free private parking is possible on site, reservation is not required.

Wi-Fi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Pets are allowed on request. An extra cleaning charge of 30 € will be charged. Always remember to check the pet room availability at hotel before your arival.

Smoking in rooms and other hotel premises is strictly. The customer is responsible for all smoking caused alarm, maintenance and cleaning costs.

A guest staying in a room is fully responsible for all damages and costs incurred to the hotel (including, but not limited to, common premises and rooms with furniture and equipment), other customers or third parties or their property due to the negligence or willful actions of the Customer, guest or other person they have allowed on the premises, or that are due to activities in breach of these Booking Terms.

Royal Ruka maintain a customer register, as required by Finnish law. The register might also be used for customer service and direct marketing purposes, unless the passenger has prohibited this (Personal Data Act, §30).
